KELVIN® once again uses the kinetic energy of a mousetrap in a unique way. Have your students build our mousetrap powered catapult and send ping pong balls safely flying into the air. The catapult allows the students to adjust the length of the lever arm as well as the stopping angle of the arm's forward motion. Students can experiment with trajectories, mechanical advantage and force as they gather and interpret data. Have students compete for distance, accuracy and height as they have hours of fun and learning.
