Try your hand at designing and building a model house frame! Students can design the interior and build a 1-story house based on the drawings supplied. The assembled house measures 7 x 15 x 14 in. 1/2 in. scale equals 1 ft. to represent a 30 x 48 ft. house or 1,440 square feet.
Kit includes balsa wood beams (1/8 x 3/8 in.), DesignGrid™ paper, glue, and pins. Also comes with detailed instructions and drawings.
